Try pulling the power cable out of the back, and hold the menu button actually on the projector for 15~ seconds or so when plugging back in.

Can I bump this? Still haven't been able to find a solution, hoping someone may have had this issue also!

Hi Guys, Having a weird one on student accounts when trying to save on Excel 2016 (x32 Enterprise, running on Win7). When going to File>Save As and clicking Browse, nothing happens. You can see the visual button press, but no dialogue box opens, the button isn't greyed out. Has anyone experienced anything similar?

Make sure you get either External Speakers, or a Soundbar with them - the built-in audio is very tinny.

Hi, We have a Mac server running El Capitan, with about 30 clients. We're in the process of recreating all of the student accounts, for various reasons. I want to keep the old accounts for the time being, but is there a way of renaming multiple accounts in one go? We use Passenger to create multiple accounts, but can't seem to find a way of renaming the old ones (unless I'm being thick!). Any help would be appreciated! Cheers

We had this with a couple of SMART Board 880's, after numerous hours trying to figure out what it was, it turned out a component within the actual pen tray had failed. If you've got another of these boards [working] on site, it might be worth taking the pen tray off of it, and swapping it to see if it connects - if it does, you have your answer.

Hi Guys, About a year and a half ago, we purchased 2 suites full of twin desks from iTech Desking. We've had several of these break recently, namely the ballbearing runners that move the screen mount up and down. It seems the company no longer exist, as none of their contact details seem to work. Does anyone have any experience with these desks? If so, does anyone know where to source suitable runners? Have ordered several 'similar' ones online, but all seem to be ever-so slightly different. Just have a look in the menu settings, there's nothing that you can do that will truly fxck it up, if you need to in the 'Menu' there's an option to 'Reset All', but you should be able to set the optimum display settings through what I previously said, PM me if you need any help

Within the projector settings, can you not adjust either the aspect ratio, or the clock/horizontal/vertical settings to match the size of the board? Might be worth a play around with, worst-case scenario, if you cock it up, just factory reset the projector settings!

Forgive me if I sound like I'm stating the obvious (or if it's more complicated than it seems), but if the projector isn't filling up the screen, can't you just adjust the position of the projector?

Hey guys, We have a SMART Board 4065 connected via HDMI to a Dell Optiplex 3240 that's been having randomly occuring issues with sound. On intial login, sound works without an issue, however once the teacher logs out, or the machine locks itself, the sound completely goes. There are no hookey splitters involved, simply a straight HDMI connection. I've tried disabling/enabling the sound card, updating both Graphics and Audio drivers, all to no avail. The only fix I've discovered so far, is to restart the machine, which is a massive inconvenience if this happens mid-lesson! We have a second 4065 hooked up to a 3240 in the school, and this issue has never occured, does anyone have any ideas!? Cheers

Buy SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab A 10.1" Tablet - 16 GB, White | Free Delivery | Currys We purchased 5 or so of these for SEN use, and they're brilliant. If you don't care about warranty, root them, uninstall all the Samsung crap that comes bundled on it, and install any relevant software you want them to use (Office etc...). If you wanna take it a step further, install TWRP, or another recovery, and you can backup the device, copy this across to another (change the device ID in the backup name), and then you can restore it. Effectively an imaging process for Android!

Hi Guys, We have around 30 Macs on Site, alongside a Mac Server Mini running OSx 10.75... Obviously this needs upgrading, and I have a couple of concerns.. Will I have to reconfigure the server/user settings once upgraded? Or will it retain all the settings in terms of server side? Which version in terms of hosting the server software is most stable? El Capitan? Or should we hold off and go to Yosemite? Cheers! Rowan
