Can any FMS experts help me with a query I have been asked about:
One of our Schools has 3 Funds set up. The decision has been made to only use Fund 01 going forward. Most of expenditure for this year has been coded to Fund 01 on this basis. However, they have continued to input income into the 3 separate Funds as they have in previous years (using Fund to Bank journals). As we approach Year End the School would like to know if this will affect anything - do they need to move any of this income from Funds 02 and 03 into 01? If so what is the best way to do this?
