Heh... Haven't ever thought about weight loss, but recently I had a bit of a scare with my health. I need to start loosing weight. But i never have the motivation. (having a look through the links already posted in the thread now) has anyone got any diet recipes they would recommend and any specific things to do at the gym to help lose weight? I've not stepped foot in a gym for the past 4 years since i left secondary school. and i have no clue where to start. i have an ideal weight i would like to be but i don't know how long i should set myself to lose it in. Any help appreciated.
