Hi @Bromcom_Support, I am trying to use your seating plan utility. I teach in about 20 different rooms this year, it will be a pain to create 20 different seating arrangements esp as every other teacher will be doing the same thing for exactly the same rooms. Can we not create an arrangement that is shareable? I teach 2-3 different classes in the same room do I have to design the room again each time? Is there a way to place the "desks" so that they are touching each other? Ridley

One problem I find is the Inventry signin/signout app doesn't work as it fails when you enter the site as it cannot get authentication. For pupils I frequently have to go round opening another browser/tab to force an authentication before they can actually get their real browser app to work.

Maybe it is the way it is configured but as an end user I find Smoothwall to be very disruptive. Too many times the site/app/browser just "stalls" with no indication of it wanting you to click authentication. Getting videos embedded in a website to work for students is a no no even after several years of faffing about.

Despite following the SW guide we still cannot get YouTube filtering to work correctly. We thought we had it when IE would filter, but then found that Chrome would allow anything to play.

Can I ask what sort of amount are we talking about for Smoothwall, ballpark, for a 1500 pupil school?

We have just started using Smoothwall and since it has been installed despite our IT departments and Smoothwall's efforts Google Drive App on the PC is not working and will not sync. Is it possible to get it to work and if so does anyone know how?

When you logon to Exchange Server is it possible to force a logon to the GAFE (Google Apps For Education) domain that we have also?

Works fine on my WileyFox Swift apart from not being able to access marksheets and detailed student info. For Behaviour/Achievement etc it is fine.

I have been trying to use the Teacher APP on my Win 10 PC at home and all the functionality seems to work except the marksheet entry, which is why I want to use it at home... When I try to access the marksheet the APP crashes and closes. Is it the APP or my PC and or APP config? Seems to work fine on my Android Tablet BTW.

Is it a lack of "real estate" on the screen or does the Teacher App on an Android phone not allow you to access the Marksheets or detailed student info ie phone numbers etc?

I thought there must be some but I cannot find them, any chance you could point me in the right direction? Thank

It is the actual attendanced non attendance data I am after. We take it as any other class via SIMs

HI, I am wanting to export the data on who was and wasnt in a particular class (intervention class) into an CSV or ideally a excel file but our resident SIMS expert doesn't seem to know how to do it. Can it be done? If so how? Thanks
