Hi, I'm not sure if anyone has dealt with this issue yet, but we are trying to deploy iTalc on our domain which is virtual, so this issue is when I run italc it shows the CTRL+ ALT DEL screen but this isn't what is on the user's screen so it's not displaying a live feed, but if I log-in with an account on the hyper-v server it knocks the user off (which I thought it would) on on the thin client but then shows a live view on iTalc, which is bizarre. The "PCs" are 32 bit win7. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi phillyrovers, I've gave that a go but that user is only works on certain days so it'll be next Friday by the time they've had a full week(ish) of using the software to see if that fixed the issue, so I will get back to you then to see if the issue has resolved or not. Thanks

It is a dell optiplex 755 running x64 Win 7, sorry its running ActivInspire but on the ActivPrimary UI. The version of activinspire is 2.5.66477.

Hi, I'm not sure if anyone else is has had this issue but a teacher has spoke to me about how when she is using active primary during the class the menu bar for the pens will suddenly drop off and when she presses the pen button it won't come back on until after a few attempts. This happened for her last year but on a different computer but that and the board have both been swapped into another class (no issues yet) and I can't remember the quick fix I used to get it sorted for her. Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone has figured out how to remove certain tiles from the start menu for all users such as the xbox tile and the other crap microsoft adds. I have tried removing them from the default profile and saving it not but no success as but as soon as a new user logs-in they come back straight away this is also the case for the powershell route. I don't know if anyone was found a GPO setting or anything that can be used. Just curious before we decide to roll it out on a few test machines. Thanks

yeah sorry I was in a rush when I was writing it out. But I'll give that a go I tried browsing from to the application short cut on the desktop but that just started to try and open them as a PDF which failed; I've looked into the c:\ from the browse option but I wasn't entirely sure what to look for. I'll give your advice a go and let you know.

Hi, I don't know if anyone has had this issue before but a teacher is trying to open a flipchart from a from her documents but the only thing that appears is the default program box, but this doesn't include the active inspire option. However they are able to open it from active inspire so its not all lost its just a bit of a time waster. Does anyone know a way of resolving this? I'm thinking about just taking everything off to do with active inspire and starting a fresh. Thanks
