I agree, Hyper-V is the way to go. We have EES licensing and a few physical servers running 2012R2 Data Center with Hyper-v. Easy to configure, replicate, migrate...etc... Go with Data Center and you do not need to worry about Guest licensing.

We use Symantec Endpoint Protection 12 at our school district. Any recommendations on installing the SEP Client to my SCCM 2012 R2 primary server and distribution points? I am very fearful of causing issues in doing so. What types of Antivirus are being used by others on there SCCM servers and did it entail configuring the Antivirus client for SCCM exceptions, etc...? Thank You for any help!
