How many "User Profiles" are stored on the computer? "was installed for a user, but not provisioned for all users" - Try deleting any unnecessary profiles that are not needed.

This solution fixed it for me, deleted all profiles and left local admin. Worked like a treat!

Hi Mdench, You "can't connect any Windows laptops" is you can't connect any Windows 7 laptops. Try a Windows 8 laptop and you'll find the problem doesn't exist. With windows 7 it seems you have to pre-add the wireless connection for that SSID. Make sure you set the correct wireless properties for the connection. I can try to provide a lil more help if needed.

Hi Joe, The issue is caused by Impero. You will find that if you disable the Impero services, your problem will disappear. We haven't raised an issue with Impero yet, but id imagine its a bug they need to fix. Regards
