There is a hotfix available that we used when this broke our SMARTviewer; https://www.hanwha-security.eu/business-security-products/smart-viewer/ Go to software and download the 4.9.4 VOC hotfix. Worked for me! :-)

There's also Play online, learn online and feed the hungry | Freerice.com which has revesion/tests on and everytime a student answers correctly a donation of 10 grains of rice is made via the United Nations World Food Programme. You can create logins so (for example) each class uses a different login and at the end of each month you can see how much rice each class has donated. This is Free by the way and doesn't cost the school anything.

The new RM Java Blueprint that allows you to create a package for all future Java versions (Article: 4147643) doesn't seem to install Java for our Internet Explorer (Ver. 9). It works for Chrome but not IE? I have double checked that i'm not downloading the Chrome specific version, it definitely does install Java as the Java control panel etc shows up.... but only Chrome seems to be able to see it! Anyone have any ideas?
