Hi Beancole, Thank you for your question, this should be entirely possible on Junior Librarian 3. I've taken a look through a local version in which I have installed on my machine and it doesn't look as if this comes as standard on any of the page views, for this you would have to make your own Page View with the information in which you want to Export from the system, you can do this by carrying out the following: 1. Make sure you are within the Catalogue section of Junior Librarian. 2. Right click the banner at the top showing the fields (you should now be shown a drop down) - select page view. 3. Within the "Page Views" window you would copy the "Catalogue (Standard)" view and name this to ISBN. 4. You should now see the Page View "ISBN" within the list, highlight the view and click edit. 5. At the bottom left you will see some Available Fields, add ISBN from here to the list and click save. 6. Double click to load the ISBN Page View, click the Export button at the bottom (pen drive icon) and name the file. Hi timbo343, I believe SHimmer45 has posted the majority of the pre-requisites and these do indeed check out. The only difference I believe in the latest version in terms of hardware requirement change would be the recommendation of 8GB Memory rather than 4GB. Apologies for the length in which this has taken, I'll have a look into this for you and post an update ASAP. Would you like to PM me a number in which I can reach you on? This is also correct and thank you bennz you are quite knowledgable about our systems which is always helpful. With setting up the seperate sites in IIS this is for the older version of ASP, with silverlight instead of 2 sites you only need 1 site and a virtual directory for this now.

Hi Denzal, by reading what you've posted it seems that we do need to enable it on our side, if you email me over some details at [email protected] i'll get the ball rolling for you and create an escalation, please bare in mind that this can take some time to complete. unfortunately you cannot set up AD Linking with the APP as it's an external process, it's imposible to do, every user that uses iMLS has to have their own username and password created which can be their AD info but that doesn't mean it's linked to the AD. thank you.

Morning LeMarchand, Sorry your stock has messed up! what happened in the library? The only way you can import it is via a marc file, a csv won't work for this unfortunately, how is it you are creating the CSV? i may be able to help with sorting that out for you and getting the correct one. Do you have any previous backups of the data? J_Worth, looking through some of the comments on this thread it appears that benzz has summed up what I would have said myself. ^ This procedure is still possible however it does have a low success rate due to the technicalities involved. If you have any questions about this procedure then please do contact us, someone will get back to you as soon as possible. There is information regarding this around however it seems it's hard to find, apologies for any confusion caused. As for the documentation, thank you for bringing this up to us.
