For who? Schools get a good deal over Christmas usually and other parts of the public sector are usually doing well too. Private sector isn't much worse off unless it's the service industry or retail where they usually end up working bank holidays but I'm not sure that's really that much of a big deal. At least we are better off than America where the number of days holiday most people get is considerably lower than the UK.

Get-Help Search-Mailbox will tell you what parameters are available. I don't have access to an O365 instance right now to check but Get-Help is where I usually start.

640XL will run 10 fine, it's a nice piece of kit and what I'd consider if I were to get a windows phone for myself. I've heard good things about the 950 from my boss who uses his a lot, if you're getting free stuff with it then I'd go with that. Win10 phone isn't out officially yet so I'd imagine most bugs will get fixed.

I swapped to a whitelist a month or so after that post, it's definitely the better solution. I tested it in an office or two and one of the ICT suites first (with staff agreeing to be testers) to ensure I'd got all the software.

Microsoft have the Surface Pro 3 on sale, £850 for a mid range model (don't need an i7) with 6% cash back or something. Very tempting as I want to upgrade from the pro 2 but I'm not sure I'd use it enough.

I've got a pair of Sennheiser HD-220s, cost me about £30 and I've never been disappointed with them. Only downside is the cable is about 2m long but comes with a but of plastic to wrap it round to keep it out of the way.

I went with a xbone (thanks amazon for tempting me with cheap deals) purely for destiny as a few friends play it. I've no idea what other games are around other than the usual cod/halo/driving game x.

Script it in some way, I'd highly suggest Powershell because it's so easy to do and you'll be able to do a huge amount of other things once you've started learning the basics of Powershell.

That's safe to ignore, it's basically them saying "something in here might not be the verb you're expecting".

I had a play around with it but couldn't get it working due to us using RM Unify, I haven't looked at it again since the last Unify update but I suspect it still won't work due to the way the site is coded (it doesn't correctly detect when you insert text into the login boxes unless you manually type it in). If you don't use a 3rd party redirect (or use one that works properly) then it should work fine. I tested it quickly with a personal OneDrive account and didn't encounter any problems with that side of things.

Ask about Powershell, if they don't know then make sure they are willing to learn. Simple things like how do I find a specific command in Powershell (Get-command)? How do I find out what parameters a command will accept (get-help )?
