I only play games on one monitor. I use the other 2 for things like e-mail, browsing, movies and stuff whilst I game. I tend to play older games on PC that don't require too much power.... The two monitors I'm running at the moment are SMB2430L and SMB2430H I'm trying to add the I2367FM to my setup.

I've been meaning to upgrade for a while but I've never got round to spending the money, I'm trying to save so finding it hard to spend the cash

I have been looking in to this for a while but I have never really had the time to play with it due to work and other life commitments. I am trying to see if I can use 3 monitors by combining by ATI AMD Radeon HD 6670 and the on board graphics from my Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3. I was partially succesful when I got the 3 monitor setup to work but the only problem is that If i try to do anything that uses graphics (i.e games) I can't... Any help/advice is much appreciated, Thanks in advance ~Josh

Just a quick tip for people like me who are too indulged in playing video games to go out and exercise, try doing exercise between rounds or matches (depends what game your playing). I started doing this for a bit and this got me more motivated to actually turn off the PS4, shut steam down and exercise properly

I'm pretty out of shape at the moment, I'm starting to get into exercising a bit.. Starting by doing press ups, pull ups and basic stuff at home, maby I will eventually move this in to the gym and get into it

I am trying to update a Windows 7 PC but it is telling me the service isn't running. I went into services.msc to check and sure enough, it is running! I can't seem to find a solution anywhere else! Thoughts?

That's awfully strange...

Does your internet security allow staff to watch help guide videos?

You could always host them on their own website -
When I was a student at college, different server types were named after trees, for instance the printing servers were PINE1, PINE2, PINE3

100% this

Tbh, I don't know where to start with this all, I wan't to tone and build some muscle, but should I focus on losing some belly fat first?

Could always hook them up with some VM's

Camtasia (Paid but worth it), hypercam, bandicam... There is many other alternatives if you google 'Free Screen Recorder', but these are the ones worthwhile using

Have you tried running treesize to see where the space is being used? Also how much RAM is in the machine

I'm not by any means fat (except stomach) I just have a beer belly :L my arms and legs are stupidly skinny and then i just look like a blob (too much Guinness). As opposed to lose weight I just wanna lose a bit of belly fat and gain some muscle in my arms and legs.
