Sounds like either a permissions issue or not enough space left on the drive. -

They don't appear to require any information that would require a GDPR statement, but it doesn't really matter because the website is only active on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 5-8pm, I doubt you have students in class at those times!

It would be built in to the BIOS, not something you'd deploy. Try disabling WOL in the BIOS and see if that has any effect?

I was planning to go Friday and Saturday, but due to reasons I haven't got the day off for Friday! I'm still local so may come to an evening event if I can! And Saturday I'll be up there as always.

Nobody would use the computer but the tech, so he'd log on with his account, and just transfer the finished product to a usb drive, or upload to cloud storage at the end.

On top of what JGardiner said, the JVM will only use as much RAM as you tell it to use in the server config, so make sure that it hasn't hit that limit.
