Do not talk badly of Burnie Burns' Tesla, that thing is a piece of art! As for the previous comments regarding motorcycles, the notion that you can just carry a spare battery is laughable. They are the size of the engine in an ICE bike, are heavy, and you aren't chucking it in a backpack! Add to that the fact that the ev bikes are still not cheap, it's still a better option to get an ICE bike that will be economical on fuel and have a much longer range.

a) no way they are letting you on to their building site to do work, it's a nightmare of rules, regs, and paperwork. b) isn't this the house that had loads of problems? They will already take a big chunk off for a quick sale, I would expect them to offer less than you paid for it to be honest.
