    I have had issues downloading iOS 7.1.1 for iPad Airs at one school but successfully downloaded the 7.1.1 update for iPad2s! I took the MacBook running Apple Configurator and the iPad Air home and successfully downloaded the iOS 7.1.1 at home. I do not know what caused the download issue at school as the MacBook is set to use a transparent proxy! Janine
