Thing is - if they go down the "gimmick" route with VR, it'll probably sell well to start and then die out very quickly as the novelty wears off - then, the pain to develop for it'll mean less is made for it and it loses out. I can't see Ninty going south too quickly though - Mario, Pokémon et. al. are all strong franchises that manage to hold a good fanbase. Sega died off with the Saturn, such a pity as the Dreamcast was a brilliant swansong of a system - but look at what the games were on offer with the Saturn, many of the exclusives were beaten by similar games on the Playstation. As for Ninty - there's not really a franchise to take on Mario, Pokémon or even Monster Hunter.

Finished Game of Thrones last night - standard fare for a Telltales Game, meaning a 10-12 hr interactive movie with minor changes due to choice. Still, good game though and in true Game of Thrones style - don't actually get attached to anyone.

Not to mention that bit at 4:17:26 - talk about an emotional rollercoaster

There's got to be mortar it though if they want to cement it as a film franchise.

Well for installing silently via command line you could always use: vlc-2.2.1-win64.exe /L=1033 /S /L=1033 should set you up as English with /S being silent. Le Edit - yes, silent just automatically goes 'yes' to I agree and default location

I've had a fair amount of success with Wininstall LE, but I'm not sure that's still going. Failing that, I've used Orca - but beware, Orca is VERY powerful and can be a bit confusing.

I had a borked update on an older phone (HTC Desire) and while it continued to work, it eventually stuffed the phone over - which needed a complete re-image by HTC. You could hold off for a Marshmallow custom ROM - that would probably work.
