100% finished Batman: Arkham Knight (storyline and sidequest wise). While I feel this was definitely a good game - it wasn't as good as Asylum.

We'll need to watch out for tomorrow though - as that'll be Revenge of the 5th.

Picked up both Tales of Symphonia games for a tenner on a PSN sale. Had the first one back in the day on t'cube and absolutely loved it (It's one of the only three games I've ever shouted at when it stole a character from my group). Finally finished a 'complete everything' run through of Mass Effect 2 - ready to transfer over to ME3, and just polishing off the last few Riddler collectables in Arkham Knight.

The cynic in me says that not only would they like more control over them, to potentially extract the most profit - but they also want to gradually replace public services with ones that are more sympathetic with their policies. Public services for a long time have been seen as the territory of Labour (or at least more Labour-centric than Conservative) - and a change in the way that they're run/managed may dissolve that particular 'power block'.

We've provided logs to Pearson and they've stated it's picking up Impero and 'locking due to violation' from that. We've ran it successfully with Impero uninstalled, but haven't had much luck with stopping the service.

The NM used to run it at another site with no issues - but it seems that there's something different here that's kicking it off.

Is anyone on here having issues running Pearson's testing software alongside Impero? We're having issues with the test being stopped when the testing software detects some Impero process running. While we could use the fix of removing Impero from any machine that's going to be used for testing, we'd still like a solution that'd allow both the owning - and eating of cake.

I've found sense of ownership can be a good thing in general, you usually end up with much less damage (certainly in the case of a room), however - sometimes staff can be a little reluctant to come forward with their laptop if they've knackered it, as they're meant to be the ONLY user and are more responsible for it than a room full of kit. Just try getting the damned thing off them to fix it though - I usually throw a pack of malted milks in the other direction and steal it while they're distracted.

If he's used to living the high life due to the money - I feel he's in for a tumble On a positive - he could give up any criminal contacts for a reduction in charge. (It'd be a negative for them though!)

I think this stems from the way teachers in general conduct their lessons... In a lesson a teacher must have absolute authority - their word being law, otherwise - the more wayward pupils may well disrupt both the lesson and other pupils' learning. Some teaching staff have been known to confuse this with access rights (It's my PC in my room - so I want access!) without realising that they really don't need it. I think it's really down to understanding the difference between the two - it may take a lot of explaining, but if you can get teaching staff (and more importantly - management) to understand why they don't need it, it'll save having this fight over and over.

Definitely - their "hide funds" ability really needs nerfing
