We have a Toshiba Sattelite Pro A300 laptop that a member of staff uses. Somehow it now has a boot password ( not to be confused with a BIOS password) on it and nobody seems to know the password. Does anyone know how I can reset/remove the password without knowing the password. At this moment in time we cannot use this laptop. Thanks Paul

I have just inherited a squid proxy server that i have never worked or had any experience on. I came in this morning the internet had stopped. after a couple of reboots reboot it works for about 5 mins each time. Please can anyone help resolve this problem as we have no internet

Hi All, We have numerous clients with SBS2003 and HTC TYN11 devices that we are setting up for remote Activesync of their Exchange data. We have some strange behaviour where some users can sync, and others can't, even though they are members of mobile users group and even administrators. Using our own server as an example, when using the same device, one users' settings will work, and changing to another will not. We have compared the AD user settings and they look identical as far as we can tell. If we copy a user that works, the new user will sync fine. If we create a new user using the mobile user template, it will not work. If I use my account on the phone it works just fine Any ideas gratefully accepted

The problem were having is that it works fine on 7 of our mobile phones, its just one that does not work if I try another account it works fine

When I perfom a send and receive on my htc TYTN11 the gprs conection stays connected costing me money is there any way to force the connection to close after a send and receive

We have recently bought 14 HTC TYTN11 for staff. So I have set them up for OMA acess. I have not been able to download any unread email (opened read ones okay) or calender entries until I turned off McAfee Greoupshield 7. Then everything works fine. Does anyone please know where the settings are in Groupshield to allow this. Thanks on anticipation

We have 300 PC's on our network we have about 5 that randomely pick up an incorrect proxy setting (isndcache) that we used to use 4 yrs ago. The rest of the PC's are fine. We have tried diferent users with different profiles. 1 PC was fine for 3 days then it reverted to wrong the address. Can anyone help me resolve this problem Thanks

I have a degraded hard disc on my dell server. When I try to run Dell Open Manage System Manager. It Starts IE and then says page cannot be displayed. This is the address it tries https://wcsmail:1311/?authType=ntlm&locallogin=true&application=omsa Can anyone give me some advice on how to get it started I have reinstalled the application and added to trusted sites :-)

We cannot open attachments from Outlook Web Access using IE7 unless we save them to local machine first. We used to be able to just click on the attachment and it would boot the application that is required.
