If you set chrome as her default browser and install the adblock plus extension it might stop some of the crap. You could also turn off some services (windows search) and do some other tweaks to help it run better.

If it was mine I'd reinstall windows 7 and get an ssd or another stick of ram if it can take it.

Thanks, yeah I used the inbuilt file browser to delete the apk. The sd card issue is a strange one, it is appearing in the file browser app, I can save photos directly to it but it won't appear in the people app when I try to import contacts and as I said it's grey under the settings>storage and doesn't detail any of its contents. I can work around it but was just curious if anyone else had issues.

Did you have any problems getting your sd card to work properly after you done this? Mine appears greyed out. I have tried a format but I can't get it to function correctly. Also have you been getting mobile broadcast alerts?

I decided not to keep prime after the trial I had. The streaming element didn't have much that appealed to me and although I liked getting my orders faster I'd rather keep my £49 and wait that bit longer. Although I probably would have kept it on if I had people to split the price with.

I ended up using the original iPad cables with ours. I used an adhesive cable clip to secure the cable at the top of each slot, with a cable tie behind to stop it being pulled out easily and fed the remaining cable into the slot. Can get messy sometimes but it saved buying 100 new cables.
