Setting your alarm clock for stupid o'clock just so that you can join your fav server when the guys in the US would be on so that you get to get into a decent party and dungeon crawl.. after goign to bed just a few hours earlier...
do you use an electronic fault log system? if not i suggest spiceworks, you can then provide analytical data such as amount of of logs completed/outstanding and time taken to sort issues etc etc
we have 1100 students 300 staff
approx 800 desktop machines 250 laptops/netbooks 8 servers 60 projectors + smartboards
there are 4 of us and two of us support 3 local primaries 2 days a week
i remeber when i was beta testing (only 30 of us) the origional Armed Assault, the 1st alpha we had contained no death animations, you would kill an enemy ai and they wouldnt function but would continue running/walking heheh zombies anyone?
adaware + spybot used to be the combination i used, but they have both become bloated and less effective, i just run malwarebytes onece a weeks, keeps things inorder and no system resources being drained
it shouldnt be an issue but when theyre are able to browse the entire network including the servers and can log onto all of these machines via this filemanager.. thats not good
its fully secure but itas browseable, when double clicking a device you get a username and password prompt which means they can connect to any pc on the network, what they can do exactly is probably not alot but we dont want to tempt fate..
