I am able to access it here through the staff proxy- filtered as standard.

We recently bought quite a few laptops from Dean Computers who sell Dell refurb units- and they have been fantastic! Came in at a great price and customer service is great to.

We have about 17 shared calendars on site for all of our resources (messy I know- before my time) and we have just made the move to Office 365. I migrated the calendars and tested sharing them and made the relevant changes to the permissions. However now if I send the calendars out to all my staff and they try to open them all they get is an error message with the error code HTTP:500 Anyone experienced this? If so how did you work around it?

Did mine yesterday and bought a kit off eBay. Just search for a walk though on YouTube, It's very easy to do! Takes about 2 minutes. Mine cost £8 and came with tools- noticed a huge improvement on the 4 hour battery life I had before!

dragging this back up. I have added the external IP address to office 365 allowed IP list- but I am still not receiving any email from my exchange server in office 365. Feel like im going round in circles now- help!

I have no printers on site i'm afraid- we have 7 copiers all, soon to be, using papercuts virtual print queue. I really love this idea though

I was thinking that way, just hoped I could come up with something more exciting! I will give them a go with windows 8- if all else fails I will see what those upstairs say about getting shot of them. Thanks for your help guys

its the W500- I would use them as web browsers but we have the ipads so it negates the need.

Hi all, I have inherited 60 Acer iconia tablets at my school- which were bought by the previous NM. They really do not work well as windows tablets and now we have ipads on site there really is no comparison! My question is- what could I do with them? They are slow so really cant handle much. Anyone have any ideas? Or is it a case of sending them to the bin?

Hi all, I am moving my school away from their current 1&1 site and have a built an onsite linux wordpress server- I am currently using Catch Flames but would like something a bit more sleek. Anyone else using Wordpress for their school website? If so what themes are you using?

we are about to go through a migration, but we are only migrating our admin staff and the teaching staff are going to have new mailboxes. We are going to set up a forward rule to forward any mail coming in to the new system until the box is switched off in the summer!

Hi, We are having issues at the moment with Office 365. It can send and receive emails from anyone fine, but when it comes to our onsite exchange it will just not accept any mail! O365 will send mail to exchange and that works fine, but when we send from exchange to office 365 it doesn't work. Anyone have any words of much needed advice?

Just took delivery of ruckus at my primary, we are very large with 700 pupils + nursery, we got 30 aps, zone director and 3 years warrantee and firmware upgrades with 2 hp procurve Poe switches and it came in at around £14k. Talk to Net Ctrl they do some very good deals!

Having issues here as well, nothing working on the staff proxy but normal transparent proxy seems to be working fine (by our standards) I have called the Swindon help desk- they didnt seem aware of the issue.

About 4 years, so very early stage! We have 60 inch touch screens in most rooms which perform much better.

We are probably going to recycle ours as the touch screens are dead in places and the resolution isn't great!

I did have a little play around but no RSS feed makes things difficult! Got fed up in the end and gave up.

I have generated a RSS feed for the desired twitter account but Xibo is having none of it. Have decided to use the space for other information now- pictures, praising work and birthdays!

At the top of this page, Modules, there was an option to install Twitter and Forecast Modules which you can now see in my list.

We have the latest version of Xibo and have found that there are modules that you can install for Twitter. Have installed those- but it is now after an API key which i will need to go and find! The account is run by the head so I think that would be dealt with pretty quick

After the sudden demise of our Onelan box, I have now set up Xibo which is all working nicely! However I would like to add a twitter feed to the display, but RSS doesnt appear to be working... Anyone have this working at all?
