Hi, not sure if this is the right area to post this: Is there a way that I can send a notepad document to every student on the network, ie; have it go into their 'My documents' so that they can open and edit it? The reason for this is that students have several logins for different educational sites like Mathletics and the time they spend trying to remember their login or find their diary is beyond belief. This way I could make a partially made document that they could just complete with their details. Thanks,

No have tried all that, with compatibility mode I get this: And in normal mode I get this (with the spinning dotty thing): Apparently it's to do with Microsoft not supporting IE11 to try to force people to upgrade Windows. All it's doing here is forcing us to use Chrome.

In IE11 the video window keeps asking for the flash plugin.

I'd like to force Chrome as the default for teachers as Youtube doesn't work on IE11 anymore.

I have been using Meraki Dashboard for a while now to manager student iPads. I now want to manage some staff iPads but want to allow different restrictions. I created a new policy but now all of the iPads have both policies on them. How do I create a different group and apply the policy?

Hi all, we don't want to let users decide, for instance, teachers are defaulted to a locked, mono, double sided print to save wastage unless they choose a different printer. Also, the users are in groups but I don't want to make mini groups as well. If its possible to do a per user default in GP then I might try this. Thanks,

Hi, I have fast boot enabled on one of them and disabled on the other just to test but they are the same.

Hi, I have two new PCs which are the same as all other PCs in the school except they came with Windows 8 instead of Win 7. Normally when I first boot up a new PC I go into the BIOs and change the boot order to pick the network card first then re-boot and press F12 to get to my image choice on the network. With these PCs pressing f12 doesn't do anything and they go straight into Windows. At first I suspected the keyboard wasn't being recognised on boot but this can't be so as I got to the BIOS ok. Any ideas, its doing my head in? The 1st photo below is a picture of the new PC BIOS and the 2nd is a picture of an existing PC BIOS.

Hi all, we RM Safety Net for our web filtering and although its ok I would like it to block web pages that have swear words on them. So one example could be, a website that has explicit words within song lyrics. Another could be where visitors have posted comments that include swear words. I use Securus software which flags up swear words but it obviously doesn't filter them. Does anyone have experience or a solution to this? What filtering do you use? Thanks
