Scratch that. Modified the wifi proxy to be totally blank and it registered okay. Unfortunately this means it'll now use the top level BTLSL Lightspeed filter and any local site filter modifications won't be recognised. So, Android using a .pac file... Any joy without rooting it first and using something like ProxyDroid?

How'd you get on with this one? Did Meraki come back to you at all? Just trying this with a Nexus7 on Lancsngfl proxy (in the hopes of getting a nice global way to manage the migration to new btlsl proxy).

Looking on the Lightspeed webui it appears there's an option to add users within that system to allow an override to websites. So, you could define a staff account there so that when/if they come across a site that is blocked they enter their username/password to get through it. Not tested it but did see that as a thing when adding a few urls to the student allow list.

I second SYNACK's suggestion - HP's own wireless applications can be troublesome when trying to log on to a domain. Let WZC take the full load, update wireless card drivers and cross your fingers!

Had 6 Music on today in the office for the first time. Pleased to hear Sex Pistols, new Smashing Pumpkins and old Manics as I type! Think I'll be tuning in again. Maybe all this controversy will bring more new listeners and save what does indeed seem to be a welcome alternative to dull R2 and the incomprehensible R1. That's my tuppence-worth anyways...
