The suggestions above didn't work for us, so I got in touch with Impero support yesterday who remoted on and solved the issues we were having. Turns out, the Impero logs had totally filled up the hard disk with log files. We've reduced the retention period and cleared out old logs, and now everything is back to normal. Great service from Impero!

Hi All, We've been using Impero at our school for quite a few years now, and it's been great, but it's randomly developed an issue over the last couple of days... For no reason at all, I can no longer open the Impero Console on ANY PC, or the Impero server. When trying to open the console, I get a "You are not permitted to run Impero Console" message. I've tried this using various user accounts, all of which have full permission to use the console. Impero is also blocking some students and staff from printing, due to them having no printer credits, however we've never used Impero for printer credit management, and use PaperCut instead. Has anyone else had any issues like this? Thanks

Hi All, Just wondering if anyone has come across this before, I've done a search but didn't find anything... We've had a couple of issues with Impero since the v4 update, so I've been trying to keep Impero as up to date as possible in the hope that some of our issues will be resolved as bug fixes are released. However... I've just logged on to our Impero server, and it's showing that we have v4.0.22 installed, and the latest version I'm allowed is v4.0.22. This is a bit odd though, as under the Automatic Updates tab, the change log shows several versions since 4.0.22, and we're now up to 4.1.11. Our licence has just been renewed, and we have over 3 years remaining, so I'm assuming its not down to that! Any suggestions?

I'm in a similar boat at the moment, although I've recently became a Network Manager in November and I'm looking to back it up with some more recent certifications than the ones I have currently. From what I've been looking at, good ones at the moment seem to be: New Office 365 MCSA ITIL PRINCE2 I started off with Level 3 BTEC and NVQ, plus the CompTIA A+ which served me well for a while. You can't go wrong with Microsoft certs, as these are always recognised when a possible employers sees them on your CV. Not having a degree doesn't seem to be a deal breaker any more like it used to be!

Its available here through SOLUS2, but with Capitas reputation of messing this up at every release, I'm certainly not going to be the one doing their testing for them... I'd leave it until at least the end of the week. By then, you should at least know if there are issues, even if they haven't been resolved yet.
