I finally managed to push apps to my iPads, apparently the order of which you enroll the profiles if very important, always Trust profile first, the others don't seem to matter. I then renewed all of my tokens in Profile Manager on our server. Also, I made sure our Mac was signed into our correct apple ID as it had been set up incorrectly but that's SCS for you. Right now students can un-enroll iPads and Profile Manager won't push updates to the iPads or remove apps so I can push put the updated versions, oh the joys of iPads.

I've phoned them up and asked for their seller ID (cant remember the name of the number) and have got them listed in DEP as our supplier. Do I need something more from them?

Thanks for the reply. I've downloaded the cert from the DEP and uploaded it to our MDM, but when I come to put a serial number into the DEP I'm told the serial number is incorrect, which is impossible as I copied it directly from the page in Profile Manager. Any ideas with this error?

Hi everyone, I'm having a nightmare with iPads at the moment. I've managed to set up/enroll our iPads into profile manager, pushed apps out to them, signed up to the DEP and VPP programs that's all happy, but students can unenroll the iPads. So my first question was how do I stop this? I did some digging and found out that I hadn't actually enrolled our devices into the DEP program, so I tried to enter some serial numbers of some iPads and was told they were incorrect. I then realized the name of our Mac server in the DEP was wrong so deleted it and came to re-add it but I need to download a public key from somewhere. Does anyone know where I can download this public key from and would enrolling the iPads in the DEP stop students from unenrolling the iPads? Any help in this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi guys, I'm having problems with Profile Manager pushing apps out. Profile manager is talking to the VPP store and all the apps are appearing in Profile manager and the iPad I'm trying to test is enrolled in all of the right profiles (app store disabled and so on, so I know that's working fine). Yet when I push apps to the iPad the apps fail to push out. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. If I need to put more info please tell me, I don't post things very often at all. Thanks.

Hello people, I don't post on here very often so sorry if this is in the wrong place. I've got a Brother HL-2150N printer with a flashing Error and Drum light. Brother say cleaning the corona wire on the drum fixes this but it does not. I've tried using compressed air to blow some of the muck out but this didn't work either. I've also used 3 different drums and all show the same error. Should I buy a brand new drum or have I missed something here? Thanks

Hello people of edugeek. First I'll apologise if this is in the wrong forum, but it seemed like the correct one at the time. At my school the librarians use Eclipse 2 which is about 10 years old. The other day someone kicked over the librarian's PC and the hard drive in the PC died. So I've replaced the hard drive, reinstalled everything, but when I came to restore the backup the librarian had been taking of the Eclipse database I get an error saying Eclipse needs to be updated for the backup to work. So when I tried to run the update another error appears saying the update.inf file is missing, so my question is, would anybody be able to tell me where I would find this file or how I would go about getting it? I realise we need to upgrade to something that actually has support, but that is £3400 the school don't want to spend. Any help would be appreciated

Hello, this is my first post so Im sorry in advance if it's in the wrong area. Im Having trouble with a Konica Minolta 4600 printer, an error keeps appearing saying "comm error, callFFFF". Can't figure out why it's appearing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
