We are looking to make the move from SIMS to Arbor. Does anyone out there that has made the same move have any advice about things to watch out for? L

We moved to SIMS Connected during the holiday and it has been nothing been trouble. We could not take any registers during registration on Tue and Wed this week at all. It crashes for all users at various points of the day. Some times you are told the VPN is too busy and to try again later. Our experience of Connected has been woeful at best.

We are currently setting up SIMS Parent ready for the new academic year and I have hit an issue with the Data Collection option within the app. None of my students are showing as available in the Data Collection area - one of which is my own child and I definitely meet the 3 criteria listed to be eligible. Anyone have any suggestions of anything that I could try? Many thanks L

Has anyone had any success with running this? I have tried and failed several times now, as have my IT Support team...... Keep getting the error message 'Path is not of a legal form'. I have checked what we have entered against the SIMS guidance sheet and all looks correct to me. Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Ditto with the do it over night. Made the mistake once of trying to amend an INSET day during the school day. Ended up having to borrow a laptop from IT to work on, plus SIMS ran like a dog for hours.......

I have spent countless hours reading through various guides, handouts, snippets and forum threads, but I am still getting nowhere with this! I cannot get any scheduled reports to run. I believe that all accounts being used have the correct permissions and that the commands in the scheduler are correct. I am not getting any error messages when it runs but no reports either. HELP!!
