People attacking fire crews!

Agreed mate. Same for people attacking ambulance and healthcare workers. Maddening. People doing their already difficult jobs having it made more difficult. -

Little update: The board arrived this morning, Special Delivery. Ordered over the phone yesterday, very quick! Their website broke halfway through my order, but they're lovely people to deal with over the phone -

Yer, model number is wrong, should be GA-8VM800M-775. It's definitely the 775 board though. 775 linky @kmount: I tried to get that board from eBay but was pipped last minute - grr. (no internet at home as i've just bought a new place). Ordered over the phone from PlanetMicro, thanks for the help folks. -

Hehe, already bidding on -
The company i use is 4UHosting.co.uk - had nothing but good experiences with them. Not much in the way of phone support, but their online support ticket system is brilliant, and they resolve everything fast. Any questions, drop me a PM.

As above. Trying to eek some life out of my aging PC while not splurging for lots of new bits. Someone may have one of these lying about. Picked up a Pentium D, gonna clock the arse out of it. Need something to plug it (& AGP video card and DDR400 RAM) into. ...or a cookie to anyone who knows where i can find one in Interwebland... -
Fun for a few minutes... Until you end up upside down

Nowt to do with technicalities, if you don't have insurance, a well-maintained car (valid MOT) it invalidates your insurance and you can go and FOAD (as far as i'm aware anyhoo) Oddly satisfying seeing a ned wagon in that state though -
yeah, the ad looks mental. Be interested to see if it works or it just induces brain-dribbling confusion and dislocated eyeballs. IGN review here (8.9) Closing Comments: Seems mostly favourable and banishes the potential "gimmick" tag perhaps.

This needs updating - current Catalyst version is 8.3 as of this post date. linkypoo

Hmm. It may be time to bite the bullet and give her an alternate email address then. Cheers lads.

I've turned on message tracking to see if that yields anything. Thanks Ric @DMcCoy - how did you resolve that? Or did you?

AV came back clean (McAfee 8.5). I'll try a SpyBot search today methinks. Is there a way to check Exchange to see if her account is indeed sending out those emails initially?

One of my colleagues is getting lots of mail like the following: It obviously looks like it's being bounced back to here. Is it likely her machine is zombified, or is it just speculative spam? It's coming from all over the place. Bottom line, how do i stop it? She's getting about 30 per day atm.

Er.. what? You've only been taken to court 3 times? I call that a good couple of years, yep. You may be doing 'something right', but you're bloody well doing something wrong to end up in court (or near) so often.

To me, that just honks of dodgy. I've got a grand total of one account, and have never had it banned, suspended or otherwise. I'm sure many more people are the same. I'm sure eBay would raise an eyebrow at the above practice.

GFI WebMonitor has some rudimentary filtering if i recall correctly. We don't use it though, we use imported blacklists (cos we can't afford a commercial option)
