Anything can be considered a lethal weapon if used with the intent of harming someone. There should be more research done on what is truly considered "non-lethal" force. There is a weapon that shoots out a bag of sand or something like that to put down people without killing them. Truth is, if it hits you in the heart it will kill you. A tazer would probably do the same in people with heart conditions, other illnesses or some other unknown factor to do with the person. I consider a stapler a lethal weapon if used with the intention of causing harm to someone, I don't believe in "less than lethal" weaponry or devices. Fact is whoever called up and said "there is a man walking down the road with a sword" should have looked properly.

How long have you had your current Xbox for? Has it red ringed yet? I had the same one and it red ringed about the same time once a year. It will probably be worth just getting the 250GB version. Don't bother with the 4GB, once you connect to XBL it takes up most of this memory. When i worked in game (About 2 yr ago) your system was worth about £80 with 1 controller and all the bits etc. It is probably valued less now so if you are looking to save some money, trade it in sooner rather than later if your looking to upgrade.

Not as far as i know. I think you connect the laptop to the faceplate and it should be ok. Seeing as the cables have been loose I would look into whether they have been tugged or pulled away from the IWB itself.

Seems odd that all of the cables are loose. Is their a faceplate on the wall next to the IWB?

eyehaveyou20 - Dont really play it much but am looking to soon. Fortunately i have one of the original 20GB machines that can play PS1 and PS2 games from CD, so i use it to play a few of the old favourites (FF7, MGS, Crash Bandicoot etc)

Gotta watch gaming videos on Youtube, especially if you want to re-live timeless classics that you can't get anymore or new releases that you cant yet afford. Sometime you have to watch them because they are too difficult to play. Anyone play DemonSouls?? Can't do it? Watch it on youtube.

One of the best ones out there at the moment is a guy called Toby Turner, Tobuscus on Youtube. He adds a great bit of comedy to it all as well. Keep an eye out for him at gaming conventions and other nerdy meetings he is normally at them. He also represented Ubisoft at E3 this year so he is quite a big deal. I recommend his "lets Play" of Dead Island, its hilarious.

This is a good question. I watch Day-z Videos all the time purely because I love zombie survival games. Also because i cant afford to get a decent PC to run it. This could well be the reason so i wouldn't say its weird. As a serious gamer (mainly console), i enjoy watching people playing games on youtube, watching walkthroughs, COD montages etc so if gaming is his passion i would not say its strange.

If the damage was not mentioned in the description of the item, I am pretty sure you can take it up with ebay and get your money back.

A lot of schools that I have spoken to like HP Laserjets. They are quite popular. Second to that is probably Kyocera because they have reasonably priced toners.

Best Online Videos | Wimp.com has a variety of videos. Some funny, some sad, some extremely inspirational. I cant remember any specific ones but there are some that are extraordinary. It might take a bit of time to find one, but i guarantee you will.

I would agree, including it is the safest thing to do.
