A teacher who works part time and needs Out Of Office replies to go out when she is out, but only on Fridays when she does not work. I'd like to know if this is possible to be configured on Exchange server 2013? Any help will be appreciated.

We have a onsite exchange with a long email,address of [email protected] How can I add a second address which is much much smaller than points to the original address. Our domain name is hosted by 1&1. Do I need to register a second domain? Not much experience with exchange so any help greatly appreciated.

Anyone got experience of using a good photo hosting service instead of photobucket? Just for simple hosting pictures for adding to forums etc, been using the bucket but very poor.

We have a two story building with a laptop trolley upstairs and one downstairs. Two separate departments situated on each floor, trouble we have is teacher or students taking laptops from the wrong trolley and leaving them there. Trouble we have is that when we do our checks at night we don't know what should be where and spend ages sorting this out. Ideally we want some way of quickly identifying the laptops in the incorrect trolleys. We can only see the edge when the doors are open so ideally we want some identification on the edges of the laptops. We tried laptop covers but the kids pulled them off, we also tried colored stickers but again they got stripped off. Can anyone suggest a way of doing this, we thought about paint/spraying the edge but i'm guessing this would invalidate the warranty. Ideas please?

For Cashless Catering?

I am new to using the cover module and have noticed that the module gets bloated out with staff who are on long maternity leave and also the odd one on long term illness. Is there a way that i can stop this happening so that me screen is not nearly full before i start adding any type of normal cover?

Yes it is Sims and yes main teacher is set.

We have some classes with two teacher allocated but only want one teacher to have to fill in the register, how do we stop the register having to be filled in by both of them. At the moment it is coming up on the missing registers report for one of the teachers

Could anyone help me work out how the different colours are associated to the member of staff timetables? I see light blue that appears as a lesson, sky blue is a NCC, red a detention, buff as school diary, but on some other demo/training data i think i have seen other colours?

Hi Los thansk for this, its nearly what i want. Ideally i want the cost to replace the T or F in the given cell and the heading of the column to be the item we are charging for.

I have limited experience on excel and need a bit of help. I have a spreadsheet with info on that is populate with a T for rue and F for false against a list of items. What i want is a formula that will show that if the cell contains T it will populate the cell with £15 if it says F it - £0. Now there will be various columns and rows so the list down the left with various columns where T could be in with a different values, example T in column c needs to equal £15, T in column D - £190, T in column E needs to show £87. Hope this makes sense.

Speak to the person responsible for your timetable changes. I am thinking they are making changes to class sets during the day or even if after last lesson of the day and your attendance officer has not had chance to check on registers. We are suing this as a attendance signing in and out product for staff only. It worked well fro around 3-4 weeks then kept falling over. It accepts fPIn numbers but not scans, then it will drop out altogether. Tried it with the POE and with the POE from our switches and still does the same. Ribbon on unit replaced then the whole internal of the unit replaced last week and its dropped out 4 times today. Just wondering if anyone else has had similar issues?

Is there any way/log that can tell me when a GPO was linked to a container, ideally but time and date. This maybe a weird question but I really could do with knowing this as I look after several schools and someone has been tinkering?

We've had student email for some time now but they don't use it, to be fair most of them don't know they have one! It's not something that's been pushed in the school before mainly down to poor ICT staff across the board especially management. There is now a big push on usage which in my opinion could be better. Does anyone have any suggestions how we can encourage students to use email across all years?

Is it possible to access Exchange 2013 public folders on Outlook Web App? I've read you can but only seems to be mail folders not calendars? Is this true? O
