    I know a few people who are 'inside' at the moment for various reasons and I don't see why they shouldn't be allowed to vote. Eventually most prisoners will be released so in my opinion why shouldn't they have a say.

    On the rarely lasting a few weeks, I bought another suit ready for the start of this term, its not even half term and I'm going to have to bin it

    I wouldn't either, but I'd prefer some workers trousers like the site team and maybe a polo shirt. I'm sick of buying cheap suits (I've tried expensive too but they rarely last a few weeks)

    Makes no difference to me, it's been in wales for a while now.

    @Garacesh it's only teaching staff that get away with that here. But female teaching staff, god I've seen some sights in my 12 years.

    I've asked for workwear, the DT, science, art and site team all have it. Apprently we don't need it. I think they think we sit here all day staying clean

    Trouser suit, it's expected apparently... though I do get a little frustrated by the half dressed female teachers/TA's when I get pulled up on wearing black trainers (I still wear black trainers anyway)

    I'd like to think I'd manage if I had to, I've been in the position before where NM left and they didn't fill the post for 12 months so I had to.

    Hi then everyone I live in Chepstow, work in the Forest of Dean just over the border in Gloucestershire. Just applied for a job in Newport though

    Seems different then unless I went to unusual schools. I know they stated I looked 'very shocked' when they had to ask permission to get someone in and fix a broken backup server, they were external support teams themselves.

    Hi There are some around still then. I live on the Welsh border but work in a Academy in England. I'm curious though, the last time I looked (Granted it was a good 10 years ago now) the schools were run very different with mainly external help bought in. Is that still mainly the case?

    My niece keeps blaming my dad when she erm... parps? he replies he doesn't have one so he can't. She's only 3 so doesn't undertand yet
