I am are about 4 miles from novatech and spend around 100k a year on all types of ict equipment. We changed as the service was crap they would not even deliver to us we had to collect. I changed to dabs.com and have had no problems at all, I had a call from novatech asking me how they could et our business back and I gave them the chance to quote on 5 interactives with projectors, they took 3 weeks to get back to me with a price by which time I had bought had delivered and installed.

Lo huys. We use Dabs.com, brilliant next day delivery, great prices, very good on returns. We used Novatech previously as they were local to us but to be honest the service is crap comsidering we are spending nearly 100k a year.

Hi all, Introductions. I am the Network Manager @ St Edmund's School in Portsmouth. We are a large secondary school with 10 servers and 350 laptops and computers about 60 other peripherals, 1000 users and only 2 of us to support this lot. As can be expected we get very stressed with the workload which is massive. Great site and very informative.
