  1. The person who is responsible for marketing creates screen message here. Announcements for trips, golden ticket winners, adverts for open evenings (external events). Photos of big events. Food menus, clubs, student council messages, other general announcements. Safe guarding team and who they are slide. Not everything is on the screens all the time somethings can be on for a few hrs in the morning. we also put reminders of the school lunch times as we have split lunches/break times u til the kids get used to it. some of it is a simple message based upon a template others might have a little bit of graphic design work applied to make them nicer. we also have no clocks in the building so other than computers they are getting glanced at all day long for the time!

  5. We also screen record our testing as an additional layer of evidence.
  6. This is a question for those who have setup the API in Net2 6.7 onwards, did you find just enabling the service in preparation for API install cause the client to freeze and then when the API was setup by third party everything was ok? I just did some initial setup work on the API and I get the freeze behaviour just waiting on third parties. (Paxton got the same behaviour but didn't really confirm if the behaviour was because no third party was installed yet)
  7. Exactly this I want to know exactly where the backup is. Tape library and backup is in another part of the school. Tapes then go to another building we own down the road in a fire proof safe.
  8. I think its the date the change you have just made take effect. not the date you want it to start redirecting.
  9. We changed ours friday and it reverted over the weekend, not sure why yours hasn't. Did you change the date? if so I think it will revert on that date.
  10. @FragglePete If your school allows you to prepay via invoice before goods then you can just use that option. takes a little longer as a process as they confirm payment before sending.
  11. We have both. One thing I like about the Kyocera is they have a design that has less parts. 15 Kyoceras here vs 2 machines in repro and the engineers seem to be on site less from Kyocera. When they are here it seems to take less time to replace parts and get them working again. We do like both companies and will probably keep it as 2 separate manufacturers going forward as we like the reduced risk it gives us with less reliance on one companies supply chain.
  12. Weird thing it only effects certain network shares and not all. We have 3 schools and staff and student start menus at each but only 2.
  13. Seen the issue here weirdly only happening on Staff at our primary and students at the college, 6th form seems fine.
