It's amazing how many cars escape from gravel traps these days and are able to carry on so I reckon they must have reduced their effectiveness to do this. Ben

To be honest it wasn't that it was the comments regarding oh it's easy it a 10 second that needs to be made etc.... when as ZH has pointed out today it's not that simple. Thanks Ben
-
The negativity from the mods was directed at the fact there being a new version of Edugeek coming which ZH was devoting his time to and that was all so whilst you now have an answer that has satisfied your need for closure it doesn't change anything. Ben

Get-ThrottlingPolicy is not reconized as the name of cmdlet
plexer replied to FN-GM's topic in Cloud Services
@Domino very true in fact I just txt'ed one of them Ben -
Again it's your point of view what ZH has suggested is how he wants to achieve a usable solution then you just have to live with it and be done instead of repeating yourself as just banging on about the same point of view is going to change nothing. Ben

It's a command that exists with onprem exchange and works on the Exchange Management Shell but as it's a setting that you cannot change on Office 365 I guess that's why it was removed Ben - - - Updated - - - Hey I'm an MS fanboyee I used bing lol Ben -

Get-ThrottlingPolicy is not available on Office 365 so that'll be why you get an error. Ben -

When you've connected your session have you imported the o365 cmdlets? What user are you using to connect with? Ben -
The wmi class as used in the script linked to does appear to be the way to do it it's not nice though and if it works for you please feedback. Some more information can be found Win32_OfflineFilesCache class (Windows) Just noticed as well that using this needs sys admin privileges which is a bigger pain as the old csccmd didn't it could be run as the user. Not tried it but this may work CscRenameItem.vbs - The Storage Team at Microsoft - File Cabinet Blog - Site Home - TechNet Blogs Would need extensive testing though. How many machines do you have? Ben
-
my bad was on phone this morning so didn't see what forum this was in, I've used it on XP and looks like it may not work for 7. Ben
-
You will need to find a copy though and then you can provide a shortcut or batch file to your users. Ben
-
Yes you need csccmd 1.1 to do it. Ben
-
Didn't realise you had a super licence and were on the track at that time. Ben

Doesn't sound good but I guess that the immense fitness of an F1 driver should hopefully put him in the 10% who do category. Ben

How to check if your Mac has been infected by OSX iWorm
plexer replied to featured_spectre's topic in Mac
Lol how to check if you have been infected for free, update your Apple anti malware software, yeah I'd guess that would do it. Ah I see originally it was a link to get some paid for software "free" for 6 months but now Apple have updated their stuff. Ben -
Nope still don't get why it would be necessary at all doing a zone transfer once is pointless. Ben
