    So you say to use Azure AD connect and not DirSync? Had a quick look for Azure AD connect and it is on about a subscription which you have to pay for. Yeah the Cut Over migration sounds like a good idea. Its only about 200 mailboxes.

    Need a bit of help here. I have a client that is a charity and have Office 365 Non-Profit approved. I am looking at setting up DirSync to be able to move the emails from on-site exchange to Office 365. Anyone give me any pointers on where to start with this? Current setup is: 2 DC's - 1 windows server 2008 and 1 windows server 2012r2. On-site exchange 2010

    @sparkeh my win 10 update is set to fast. It just downloaded and asked me to restart to install. 10066 is a general release. You don't need to have installed the leaked release last week. Details for 10066 was released on the windows blog
