I use my own router on my Sky Broadband. I just asked them for the username and password via the webchat and they gave it to me. I did tell them that I worked in IT Support and deal with ASDL lines at work, so I did now what I was doing! Yeah the sky router I got at first had 4 ports. Signal on my sky router wasn't bad but the Belkin I am using instead is better! We moved phone and broadband over to Sky from BT as well. Support from Sky has been great (had problems with harassment calls, they got number changed with no problem).

@cookie_monster I've got Sky Broadband and pay about that same as what you are looking at. Never had any problems with it. Speed has always been good

When I was working in Education, I could remember a fair few of the kids names at first school, was there over 8 years! Second school, only knew the trouble makers and the really good kids (ones that was interested in IT). I had same problem with the kids knowing who I was. Used to get loads of them saying hello in the street! Some of the still do even thou I am not there anymore and they have left school!

In GP, you can redirect the start menu to a folder on the server. Then you can add whatever shortcuts you want into that folder.

I would install Joomla and play with it. If you mess it up, just re-install it. That is how I learnt Joomla. The Joomla installation includes sample data that can be installed. Also, Joomla 3.0.1 is out now. So books for Joomla 2.5 may not be any use
