Excellent North London Education Establishment requires a desktop support team leader with experience of managing technicians delivering an excellent support desk function to support teaching and learning. Previous schools experience and a full, clean Driving license are ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL. Responsibilities include maintaining, updating & supporting various ICT networks. We will be expecting you to enhance and increase the existing customer relation’s team’s technical knowledge to enable them to handle queries at first level of customer support.   7. Actually most of the school are Vanilla networks but there are a small amount with RM CC3 or CC4. I don't think there is a massive push to promote RM networks however the company is able to do so if the clients require it.

Technical Support Specialist – South London - £24-29K ICT network support engineer required for growing curriculum systems support team covering schools, primarily in South and South West London but often further afield, working with systems including XP, 2003, 2008, server and desktop and IT networks etc. You will have a depth of experience including some management of junior staff, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, office, helpdesk and ideally education support experience including Itil/Fits, educational policy, vle, sims, cc3/cc4, classlink, whiteboards etc. You will be travelling around sites giving a high quality service to a variety of different clients, training users, escalating issues, completing site reports etc. Car drivers preferred. Based from home you will be delivering a high level of technical support to primary school clients on a rota basis and will build trust and help to promote the use of ICT in teaching and learning, curriculum planning etc. Working with ICT coordinators you will have excellent communication skills and be reliable and punctual.   12. Data Manager/MIS manager- South London- £30-35k neg Specialist Academy school requires an experienced data manager ideally with knowledge of cmis, eportal or facility. Alternatively strong data management experience and knowledge of sims, g2, e1 etc. Knowledge of ks3, ks4 teacher and learning GCSE, A-Levels, serco, pgce, reporting, assessment, attendance, time tabling would be highly advantageous.
