ICT Technician required for company providing 1st and 2nd line support to a number of Primary Schools in the Derbyshire area. Our client is a leading supplier of educational MIS/data systems to Education establishments globally and requires a regional support services consultant. You will ideally already be based in the UAE although we can look at relocation for the right candidate. You will responsible for providing vital in-depth telephone and onsite support, documentation, training, reporting, development and customer service to some of the best schools in the middle east and you will travel frequently around Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Qatar and possibly further afield if required. You will be editing, migrating, validating and proof-reading content from multiple content contributors. E-learning Support Engineer - £24-£30k - East London Leading Further Education College based in a prestigious South East London location requires an experienced VLE/virtual learning support engineer with strong customer service experience and the ability to communicate with users across campus. Hi Matt, Its not traditional for us to broadcast the exact details of our clients for purely commercial reason so i cant comment on which school it is. However as i understand from the spec Mac knowledge is not an essential requirement in this position and to get the greatest response we would leave all non essential technologies out of the advert but thanks for your comments.
