  1. Hi Guys, We are looking at replacing our current LGFL broadband solution. Has anyone gone through this process? We are also using SIPS for MIS support/off-site backup/DNS + Domain management. Are there any issues regarding the MIS support if we move away from LGFL? TIA Pete
  2. Hi, I'm building a package for Smart Notebook V21. Has anyone successfully been able to deploy this? I Used "Smart Install Manager" to create the XML and MST files If I run the command manually: msiexec /i "\\UNC PATH\Smart V21\SMARTLearningSuite.msi" TRANSFORMS="\\UNC PATH\Smart V21\SMARTLearningSuite.mst" /qn It completes without invoking the activation wizard as per MST instruction. If I run the same batch file via CC4 RMMC it invokes the activation wizard at the end and thus fails to complete until I force the activation wizard to close manually. I know it is taking the settings from the MST file as I changed the installation path just to verify. Any ideas would be gratefully received. TIA Pete
  3. I have got a 10.6 package already that works fine on both operating systems but wanted to build a 10.8 package as one of my schools have training on it, luckly they are using XP so the package i have is working but hit problems when i tried using it on one of my schools that are using w7. I will contact RM but feel they will say they don't support notebook. Regards Pete
  4. Hi Yes I am having the same issue. I created a package using the install manager and this works fine on the windows xp machines but I'm getting exactly the same error when opening notebook on a windows 7 machine. So if you've mange to find a solution or anyone else has any ideas I'll be very interested to here. I have contacted Steljes and that have not come across this error before apparently :-( Regards Pete
  5. Hi Andrew - This is very true, but I don't have spare stations at all my schools and the ones that have are used for package building and so they not really suitable, so this is why I was going to put it on the server.
