Speak to the school about it, I would personally rather have one person there 30 hours a week than 2 people there for 15. Primary schools very rarely have full timers, usually have a contract with someone and then help from local high schools (as a few people here have said already). I honestly wouldn't hold out for much more than 30 hours a week, term time ownly.

My bank card is contact less payment, max spend is £20 per transaction, however I don't really want it, nor did I opt in and I can't opt out either. Debit cards they issue come with contact less payment and can't be inactivated, with my bank atleast -_- We stopped accepting cards you have to sign for because they aren't secure enough but then we go and make it even easier.... People are never happy, putting in 4 digits or remembering 4 digits is so hard. Had a small argument with the woman who worked in the post office the other day, she insisted I use my contact less card (quiet loudly so everyone around me could hear), I could feel the people around me eying me up for my wallet. "No one would mug you for a maximum of £20". Bull poop, if I walked down the road with a £20 note in my hand for a few weeks I guarantee someone would nab it. Plus it's £20 per transaction per shop until my bank notices or I realise it's been stolen. Sorry for the essay type rant but I don't like it when we go backwards on security for the sake of some people being to lazy to push four buttons or remembering their pin.

For the -410 I recently bought Exam Ref 70-410: Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012 R2, only read about 150-200 odd pages (I'm studying for a different cert but read this when I get bored as intend to take 410 after). Its pretty good but with all the microsoft books it can be pretty wordy at times. For video training CBT nuggets or Pluralsight (Use to be called trainsignal), CBT do a 7 day trial with unlimited viewing, Pluralsight do a 7 day trial with only 3 hours of content (if you go over they charge you), however when my trial with them finished I filled in the survey saying I liked the content but couldn't convince the mrs about £30 a month they gave me a 1 month unlimited trial Both have very good content in my opinion. Ps. Yes the 410 covers R2 but not alot, make sure you get resources for the R2 though.

I have to agree I'm pretty impatient, although I have eBay app on my phone like most people these days so reply within a few hours majority of the time.
