Yeah as previously stated earlier by doing this with 40 odd pokemon earlier I went up 42k xp (level 12 to level 15), I would save up like 60 odd pokemon to evolve then use a lucky egg as I had 10 minutes left, or do it somewhere you can catch or hatch a load of pokemon. Its all about the lucky eggs, there isnt that many starter pokemon in the wild but you get pikachu, bulbasaur etc from the 2k eggs, which is about 20 minutes of walking.

Just used my first lucky egg, went from level 12-15 (5k off 16), got 42,000 xp from what I worked out, still had 10 minutes left annoyingly but was no where near hatching any eggs or anywhere I could catch pokemon.

I need to catch or hatch one more seel for a dewgong, think I've had 3 from eggs and caught 2 or 3 wild ones so far

Think the initial hype has died down a bit now, I still have real issues opening the app if I have to close it due to it not responding... but yeah I will agree it is a lot better. Got the 20000 mAh battery pack previously mentioned turning up tomorrow at some point, going to finally out the iPhone shortly as well. God I would love to see what Japan was like on official launch

Yeah I used that one earlier and shows a lot more Pokemon around me, I checked it out and seemed accurate on what was nearby.

There is one that appears near a gym near me, had one appear when I was about level 5 but it was CP ?? and I use about 40 pokeballs on it then it ran away =(

Wow level 21! How much xp do you get per evolution? Also are mon the same? So if I evolve a pidgy to a pidgeotto will I get the same xp as a pidgeotto to a pidgeot? Got almost 25 waiting to evolve till I pop my lucky egg. I see a Clefairy from the office earlier so when I went out for lunch tried to find it, bloody thing disappeared when I clicked on it though.

I watched a program where they had some teens who used their phone whilst driving, not to take a phone call quickly, like taking selfies, posting on facebook and general browsing on facebook. They had some examples of how much difference two seconds of looking away from the road made and it was a hell of a difference in stopping distance, not to mention that they had hazards popping up that they wasn't seeing. I just think people that are doing it would probably be doing it any way just on another app or texting or something. I did see a police car this morning with the headlight unit hanging off and the front of the car dented, expected the story to be about my home town haha.

Bride discovers wedding venue is Pokemon Go gym | Metro News Done a lot of driving around yesterday running errands, found a gastly outside Sainesburys, caught lots of stuff for candies and the game just generally run pretty well. Also got this guy from a 10k egg (I was driving in traffic and racked up about 3.6km) was CP 378 but got quiet a few candies, when I level up more should be able to hit about 1000 with the candies I have.

Air con decided yesterday that it was going to start pouring water through the ceiling / light.... so we will become very uncomfortable very soon

I wish I had stuff that close to my house, I have to walk for about 10 minutes to catch 2 pokemon and to get to the nearest pokestop! Join us! You may as well since you basically live in a pokestop! Ive only done 24.1km, however I have had a 10k egg for about 4 days now, done about 24-26km just walking the dog in that time and its only registered 6.3km. Spend most of my walking life trying to get the app to open now, must say last night was a bit more successful compared to the weekend, but still had to reload the app about 20 times in an hour. I thought this was my dodgy phone screen haha I didnt realise that ball actually stopped spinning, will try that though because I seem to crash after every capture atm. Once I have actually managed to log into the game my battery isnt too bad, its just trying to open the app that drains the hell out of my battery for some reason (probably because I spend so longing trying to get the game to load).

Hate launch weekends of games, only time I've connected to it all weekend is when I'm at home (you know where there is no Pokemon). Thought maybe it was due to being on wifi so every time I go out somewhere I can use it I try and connect for 15 odd minutes first.... Nothing! Once I have the game open my battery isn't too bad but loading the game is a real % killer (and I seem to do a lot more loading than playing st the moment). Rant over, ill just have to look where I'm going whilst I'm out with the dog tonight

Yeah I cant see that it is an issue. Criminals that are using the lures are just providing an extra way for them to be caught out. Sure by using a lure in the game you are guaranteeing that the person you are about to rob has a smart device, but who doesn't walk around with a smart device now, it would have been a lot less hassle to just walk through a random area with their pocket pistols and demand wallet/keys/smart device from randoms. Unless they specifically want devices that have Pokemon on them its stupid. Just heard on the radio that its out in England so updated the app with my actual login! Got the day off tomorrow, so with the company of my little girl I shall be out and about the town catching me some pokemon! Hoping that my friends that was a little bit behind will now have it downloaded so we can take our kids out together haha. Purposely haven't joined a team yet so I can join whatever they sign up with. I also bumped into my first pokemon gang last night too , about 10-12 kids (well they was about 14 years old, so teens I guess) all on push bikes with their phones out, kept stopping every 500 yards and all getting their phones back out lol. Was concerned they would want to steal (my low level and unrare) pokemon.

So I went out at lunchtime today just to stop at some pokedex places in the town and grab some lunch. Only to see once my lunch break was up there was a gengar near me!! There are no Pokemon on site (as far as I know) so missed that one

I caught a glimpse of my first pokemon trainer(s) last night, two kids on their push bikes, one had his phone attached to a cradle, the other had it strapped to his handlebars with blue electrical tape haha. I also passed someone parked up at a pokedex stop this morning, its not really somewhere you would usually stop, he laughed, I laughed, I left him to collect his pokeballs in peace.

Yeah when I went to the shop near the town earlier there was about 5 or 6 pokedex stops in the screen view at once, however near my house only the pub and a church are pokedex stops, although my phone died when I got near to there so I can be sure there wasnt others I missed yesterday.

Quite funny, our school site is actually owned by another company, so after hours the school is rented out. One of the care takers complained that he bought his friends son here yesterday, but they was bitterly disappointed that there are no Pokemon on our site.

That or there would be a breakaway group, North Korea, South Korea.... Central Korea! Also known as Articuno, Zapdos & Moltress. I got out on my lunch break, visited some pokedex places as I have never done that before, luckily there is about 4 all within 100 feet of the shop I went too, put my phone and the app on battery saver mode, went from 93% to 2% in half hour, tried to turn the brightness down but was so sunny I couldn't see without it turned up to max. As nice as it is being out of the office for half hour, taking my lunch without interruptions and seeing my town at a nice gentle pace. I cant see the game keeping my interest that long all the time the battery sucks on my phone.

Or divide it... riots in the streets, people walking around with banners or articuno, storm the borders trying to take other countries gyms!

I managed 20 minutes a push bike this morning, 100%-0% with power saving mode on the app.... got an official apple battery that is about 10 months old but a fake screen which tends to annihilate the battery =( Thought I was going to get a hitmonlee this morning but my phone was already on 1%, it was the longest amount of time my phone has ever been on 1% I swear, managed to throw about 6 or 7 pokeballs but it kept escaping then my phone died. Do it, do it! But buy a phone with a decent battery first haha. I am thinking about going out tomorrow but turning off everything except the go app, probably wont make that much difference as it tends to be the gps that kills my battery.
