It's the not registering as empty that's annoying me. I wont change them until they are empty...which is an issue if the toner doesn't know its empty....

I've noticed that the last lot of toners we were given via our printer lease company were recycled. Fair enough I thought. Recently i've been getting a lot of staff moaning the colours are off, like the toners are on their way out, which they are. 6% to be exact.....funny thing is they've been like that for a while now. If they've been messing with things like the chips on the toners....could it cause an issue like this?

....i thought all men did that...

I thought SIMS had a communication function for things like that.....

To be fair....there isn't a lot out there that doesn't run into some sort of issue at some point. Me? I don't have much to do with the everyday workings of SIMS, just the install on clients, Admin take care of the rest. To be honest we've not had many issues with it at all. Only things like the one i just posted! I might even go out there and say I like it.

One member of office staff getting this error when trying to run reports. Any ideas what could've changed. It's got to be a machine based issue as she can do it on other machines. Can happily use all other functions of SIMS she needs. *brain dead*

During our move back we lost 7 brand new netbooks leaving us with just a trolley of 13. I've been given the go ahead to replace them but am having difficulty sourcing any! Anyone recommend somewhere that a school can use that would maybe have a bit of stock left? Suppliers i've asked are struggling to find any!!
