I haven't got that model installed....but I've got 9 of one model and 15 of another. Not had any complaints from the staff that I can think of. Pens are a bit on the chunky side. I've had a handful have the interactivity fail on them but they we're replaced under warranty. Still not sure why it happens.

I had one of these years ago....it was brilliant. Creative Zen Vision:M. Weighed a ton. I dropped it one day and knackered the hard drive. Devastated..... I miss it. (I still have my mini disk player too)

because i promised her i would ask.... A member of staff came to me today to tell me about her memory stick. When she went to remove if from the PC last night, she said it was red hot. In actual fact, It got so hot that it's warped the plastic on it. Same old story, i'm afraid. Hours and hours of work on there with no backups. I'm assuming there's nothing magical i can do to retrieve some data off there....

Obviously, i appreciate the staff are important too. It's just more satisfying to know that the kids have got some enjoyment out of it too...

Yeah. It made me smile that it made such an impression on one kid who is usually quite introverted. I do it for the kids, not the staff....

Apparently this kid barely talks most of the time. Edit: Damn spelling..
