Hi, Our network spans over several sites with the servers located at one of the sites. Each site has its own ip address and DHCP is not currently set up. Today we tried installing sme server and got dhcp up and running at one of our sites but it wouldnt give out the correct dns server address and there is not a option ti chabge this. Is there anotherpiece of software or another way of doing this apart from buying routers? Many thanks, Dan

Thanks Michael and IKWeb. Was going to look into rsat but forgot all about it. All i got when i brought it up is that he didnt think it was possible and from the souns of it i dont think it will go any further than that unless i step in. Will pm you also IKWeb to see what changes can be made.

Hi, So many people in our school are saving locally into libraries and then loosing documents when profiles are deleted. I've read how you can install admx files into GPO's but not being in charge of the server im unable to install it as our server guy isnt keen on adding anything but i am able to use login scripts. Is there a way of changing the default save location of office applications and also internet explorer through th registry or another way? Many thanks, Dan
