they currently use excel but its just got to large for them to find information

iv had the 3gs, 4s and am getting the 5 and havent had any problems, but then again if you drop it then that is your problem.

just hide them in tge back of a cupboard :L

I think its just information for the swim school, but we ideally don't want to create it for them as things like payments may be implemented into it ect, so we want to get an external piece of software, either onsite or off

Hi all, Our School is currently in the development of updating our sports centre, a colleague who works in the sports centre is looking for a MIS system for the swim school, has anyone had any previous experience with this and any systems, we have SIMS on site for the school but what the sports centre to be completely separate. Any one have any suggestions??

I was thinking the same, use dhcp reservations for the ap's, of just go to the ap's ip address in a web browser and their will most likely be an option to set a static ip in the browser window

On our windows xp GPO we have thumnails enables so users can see the pictures on the images stored on network shares, But on our windows 7 GPO it should be set but users are unable to see the pictures, Racked my head over it changing the different policys, does anyone have a list of specific ones to change and which options to set for windows 7

were on 32 bit xp and 64 bit 7, upgraded a large percent of the school, and offices will be done once we have fully weined staff from NOVA T, in the summer we "removed it" and only a couple of staff have asked for it, but we made them aware that it WILL disappear when 7 is upgraded

they should of taken a backup! we cant stress this enough when they say it is extreamly important work, but have no backup option!

if it goes to plan may have to look into getting a second drive, currently the spair ssd i have is only 60gb, i may be upgrading the raptordrive (10,000rpm) in my gaming pc so may put that into the hyper-v host for vm os' then vm data on a standard sata drive

crashplan was working on my mac until i reimaged it, it is installed in the default location and i have looked at stopping and starting the service but to no evail

how much data would people suggest for the 3g iPad, just for general day to day browsing i curently have the "new iPad 32GB wifi" and am looking to sell it and get the "iPad mini 3G/wifi" but have no idea on how much data should i get, my phone contact i have 1gb but with the size of the ipad mini and the portable ness i think i may use it more.. Both work and home i have wifi but at work its filtered and ios devices currently are unable to use the "staff proxy" login, so would like to use 3g. Looking at the three - sim only 10gb 1 month rolling contract £15pm (Shopping Basket) anyone got any other suggestions?
