I'm not an expert on these things at all but my missus goes to Slimming World and she's lost loads of weight over 12 months. That has been just by eating properly too. I bought her a gym membership but she never went. She's never been fat but she put weight on after i got with her without me even noticing but now she's back to the same weight as before. Hi, I'm moving house soon so i phoned Sky to tell them and they told me that I can have ESPN free for 3 months because I pay for the sports package! I haven't had anything through the post offering me this so you must have to phone up It's worth doing because there will be a few good games on there as well as UFC etc etc Just thought I'd share!
