It depends which IWB you go for but they are similar if not cheaper. Prices are generally done on a deal by deal basis so if you're after a few, you'll get quite a heavy discount. Honestly, they are very impressive. I'm not slating the Genee product but once you've seen and used the Clever LCD, you'll see the difference

I wouldn't say cheaper and from my experience, they're not quite as good. They're not as user friendly and the software's no where near as good. You don't get the same choice on size and they don't use commercial screens. What i would recommend for anyone looking at replacing a few Smart or Promethean boards, is let me know and i'll arrange a demo of the Clever LCD for you so you can see for yourself how good they are

Hi @cuddles, I can't believe this!!! They have absolutely no right what so ever to do this. The agreement is with you and MS. Are they a MS partner? I'm sure they'll say they are but I doubt they actually will be. Name and shame the company in the bad experience forum on here to save others making the same mistake. I deal with MS and these agreements everyday and know a lot of people at MS and distribution. If you send me details either PM or email, I'll see if I can sort this out for you. I agree, it's always worth shopping around. Just be careful, i've heard of horror stories in the past where people thought they were buying genuine HP kit, spent thousands on it and it turned out to be HP renew or grey stock. Sometimes you'll never know the difference between real and grey stock but sometimes, when the worst happens, it can damage or void the HP warranty leaving you up #*#* creek without a paddle!!! So if it seems too good to be true, be careful and get it in writing that it is genuine UK stock and then if it all goes wrong, you can go back to them and tell them to sort it!

Hi Ryan, I'm one of the youngest people in my job so I've been in your shoes. The best bit of advice I can give, generally speaking, is to be confident and friendly. Go in the room, shake everyone's hand and meet them in the eye and introduce yourself with a smile on your face. It makes you likeable and give the impression that, despite your age, you are a mature profession and more than capable of doing the job you are applying for. Soooooo true. Anything HP networking, never go off the online price. The more expensive the switch the more of a saving you'll get. We have HP & Cisco deliveries in stock all the time and we seem to get a much much better price then the online "big boys"

Hi Chris, The main differences between the 4xxx and 5xxx is that the 5406 is a layer 3 advanced whereas the 4208 only has a few of the features. The 5406 has more expansion and has a POE option. What about keeping them in a Lapsafe trolley? Lockable so the kids can't get to them without a teacher. I believe it's the Lapsafes Mentor range means the laptops will also charge will in the trolley. I don't know when you're looking at doing it, but if it's before Xmas, Toshiba have got some good offers on at the minute
