Well since Jan lost 11lbs but main bulk of that came off when first started.7 In nov/dev put load on (not eat healthy with Christmas and lack of exercise) and then when concentrated in Jan getting back on track first month lost 6lb and between 24th Jan and 13th feb lost 5lbs. That puts me back to my pre christmas weight but like anyy weight loss and health program the first bit is always easy to lose it is the second part that is hard.

Find decent client (I use free version of hootsuite - HootSuite - Social Media Dashboard for Teams using Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin). As others said use lists. Also twitter never works if you have 5 or 6 followers. The real power of twitter is once you get lot of followers and you are following lot of people then can use to get information etc. Also in terms of hashtags find weekly hashtags to do with your interest (where people meet online once a week) or generic ones to do with your interest. So if a parent and male then #DadsTalking is good one to follow. Education there are number including #ukedChat. Russ

I have to say looking forward to season mainly as GP3 will be back on Eurosport if want to see action that is the support race to watch Over commentary team had nothing against Legard but did feel that martin and him never gel'd. It will be interesting to see Martin do main commentary and not the 'colour' stuff.

I don't know I found RM Slate ok to use just took a bit of getting use to. To be fair smaller fingers of children may get on with even better.. Russ -

Question to ask top level management during welcoming meeting ?
russdev replied to albertwt's topic in How do you do....it?
Seriously don't do A unless you want to be cut at next round of job losses. Best advice so far I found is here: - Meeting A Senior Executive | ManagerTools.com Russ -
Well watching clip It all comes down to if I had said that to a member of staff at work I would of been sacked he was at work and was expected to behave in professional way he did not and quite rightly was fired.

both Russ

To be fair if I had said what they said about a teacher I would of been sacked and yes if you say something like that you should be sacked no matter what job. One thing I learn't first when I use to be interviewed is if you mic'd up you don't saying anything you do not want to go out on air even if you think the sound is down why people do not get that simple rule is beyond me. "EMBC - Providing your secure connection"
russdev replied to Edu-IT's topic in East Midlands Broadband Consortium (EMBC)
I think what it means is that they offer hosting aka host your own web server but we can host your website. However I do know of commercial arrangements between BSF contracts and RBCS where servers are hosted in data centre so very possible... russ -
I have to say Chris at BETT said same thing I said to Jon and Alex before Christmas. The product has passed Net Support and alikes and they are competing with likes of RM, Ranger and Viglan and providing a network solution. I been very impressed not only by the release but also by what plans for have for the product. Russ
