give this device a look; Commercial colour printers, high quality colour laser printers - Xerox Phaser 7760 v high quality colour output - FOGRA certified and runs to ISO standards for print. Its in fact the smallest device that can achieve this - next up would be a Canon C1 which is over 30-40k!

Kyocera make nice knifes too! you may find the the software isnt amazing with them - if the Xerox isnt performing might be worth looking at HP?

I agree with a lot of the solutions and advice that has been given... I would recommend looking at the Xerox EPS solution (Enterprise Print Services) which is a totally agnostic MPS solution. It is being used all over the world and is currently the market leader in this area (MPS) with HP just behind in terms of deployment. In terms of of Konica - they are desperate to get into this market and will be even doing deals that might not make them any money but gives them market exposure... I would recommend looking at HP also...... although might be expensive.......

When dealing with Print companies / Copier Dealers - Always get 3 quotes - even if the quotes are for the same device. Most devices are around sold at over double the actual cost to the dealer so beware!! If you are buying a Ricoh - get a quote from Ricoh direct also for example as well as 2 quotes from Approved dealers. Toner can be expensive to buy seperately - so if you are looking to do a high volume of print/copy then a toner inclusive deal would really be needed. Shop around not only for the cheapest price but also for the cheapest copy/print charge per page - 'click' (covering the cost of parts and labour). You might think you are getting a good deal but you could be paying a lot more per page and over the course of a year it could end up costing you a lot more. Be careful of companies offering free 'indepentant audits' - you will prob find the company doing the audit is actually owned by the company trying to sell you the device! Also make sure the proposed solution the seller is looking to give to you is fit for purpose! I have come accross a lot of dealings where fast (but older) printers/copiers/scanners - MFDs are being replaced with cleverer devices but SLOWER devices. So the new devices could feel like a downgrade (but the supplier makes more money). avoid hidden costs as mentioned in some of these threads. Where possible if you are eligible for Buying solutions framework (ogc) use it! You should be getting a better finance rate and better price than a commercial client!
