Hi Guys, Really need some help, I am absolutely no coder, only a Network Admin who is trying for months to get a VB Script to capture all error event logs from 8 different servers and export them to excel then clearing the logs... It this possible? I have found a few samples and have tried editing them, but no luck... Any help will be really really really appreciated!!!!

Hi Achandler Big thanks for the reply... Yeah you got a point there, thanks for the url, I will try it now... Its quite difficult to get RDS working, even if the Broker is Virtualized, I was having issues with it not working cause of a virtual switch configuration issue. Which is why I decided to just get it installed on my DC... Going to work on this now... Thanks once again Man!!!!

Hi Guys, I seem to be having some issues installing RDS on Server 2012. I have added the following roles on my DC (which I am playing with - not used in our work environment) : Active Directory Domain Services DNS Server File & Storage Services Hyper-V Web Server When trying to installed using the quick start option it installs halfway, reboots the server and then fails after logging back in (no error codes, just failed message) When I tried the standard installation method, it installs halfway and reboots and after logging in it fails, only this time it gives me a reason : > RD Connection Broker Role Service : Failed - Could not get the health information of the server (my domain controller server name) in the allocated time > RD Web Access Role Service : Failed - Exception of type 'Microsoft.RemoteDesktop.Services.Common.RD ManagementException' was thrown. > RD Virtualization Host Role Service : Failed - Exception of type 'Microsoft.RemoteDesktop.Services.Common.RD ManagementException' was thrown. Can anyone assist me with this? I have no idea what to due, I was hoping to get VDI setup so that I can understand it better... Any help appreciated... Thanks...
