Same here, two out of twelve machines wouldn't move on from Q4. Paused the exam, shut the machines down and moved them to two new machines and completed the exam fine. All twelve users had problems with the graph plot Q adding an extra line. WJEC say the points are the answer and they will ignore the plots. The biggest problem was the words into boxes questions which were resetting when you moved off the question and back on. Had to revert to paper for just these ones. Not a good day, I felt for the kids. This was our first and only online exam. Shame they had to be guinea pigs. More exams next year, I hope they iron out the glitches before then. I don't think upgrading the software so close to the exam start was a great idea as our geology mocks seemed to go without a hitch. T

Sophos quarantined a load of RM files on our FRDC. Also on our workstations. This knackered about 20% of the withdraw tasks and Phase 1 upgrades. -

Sorry should have said "Note the ip"

Sorry my iPhone seems to like tge instead of the. The ip address and gateway on your switches should pblybe used for management. There could be a management vlan setup that allows all the switches to be addressed on tge same ip range. The data on the different vlans needs to be routed if there us a requirement for machines on one vlan to talk to machines on a different vlan. All vlans will probably need to have a rput to tge Internet. Ports on edge switches are often tagged to particular vlans. Then the ports that link the switches together need to be trunked to allow data from multiple vlans to travel Down tge same bit if wet string. You really need to get a print out of all the pragramming in all of the switches. Then create a diagram of how all the switches are connected by which ports then compare this to the programming. Also not tge ip addresses used throughout. Hopefully the mismatches will stand out.

Without knowing tge full details I would check tge subnet masks and gateways of the vlans and the routing at the core.
