i think you should be ok, not like me. we went from exchange 2000 to 2007, wow not a easy task by any means. the gui is only designed for 2003 - 2007 all other versions you need to use the powershell for everything. also make sure you dont have any 2000 domain controllers, that causes sooooo many issues.

agree have a good play first, setup a lab, i think you can get a virtual server image with exchange 2007 on it now.

well done you and partner my advise as a dad of 4, 3 of which are triplets. get your sleep in NOW.

seen this a few times, make sure the workstations are on SP2 or re run it, that has fixed it for me in the past.

Hi ho all just saying hello, been using the site for a while now and thought i better say some words. been working in the ICT unit of a school now for just over a year, and coming from 10 years of ICT in industry, its a breath of fresh air.. and yes the holidays if you get academic ones are fecking great........ we current have about 150 workstations 3 servers running cmis/facilty (Yuk) Exchange 2007 (WARNING, hard work upgrading in place with exchange 2000) MS sql thats it for now, will post a pic of our server room soon, as that made me larf. i thought my server room was small,......... 8O 8O 8O
